The 50s Retro Cowl pattern was originally designed for Ash and Eve Designs 2023 Advent Calendar.
 
This is the included pattern for the Ash and Eve Design 2023 Advent Calendar - 50s Glamour.
 
This pattern  was design to use an advent calander yarn... it includes basic stranded colour work knitting that is rythmic and relaxing and knit  in the round using 24 mini skeins (20g).
 
The Cowl requires little in the wayof weaving in ends are they are all incased in the knit. 
 
There is a provisional cast on  (or if you have spare needles you could do a turkish cast on)  and is finished with kitchener stitch with either an intentional twist or left flat,
 
Needles: 3mm 40" Circular
Gauge: 28 stitches and 36 rows = 10 cm
 
There is a version included for those not wanting to knit colorwork.
